Ability to perform professional industrial hygiene tasks accepted by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene.Ability to complete environmental construction projects to meet client specifications and regulations.Non-degreed individuals with relative industry experience will be considered.īackground or desire to expand professional abilities in the areas of industrial hygiene (IH), environmental or safety. Experience in asbestos/lead/mold remediation and industrial hygiene, safety or environmental consulting.Masters Degree in Industrial Hygiene or Public Health is highly preferred.Degree in safety, environmental health, civil engineering, environmental engineering, geology or related scientific discipline preferred.Must be able to pass a physical, and be able to wear a respirator.Complete NIOSH 582 course and 2 hour asbestos awareness course.Licensed IDPH Asbestos Project Manager, Building Inspector, and Air Sampling Professional.

Must have or be willing to obtain and maintain an IDPH license as an Air Sampling Professional and Project Manager.

Must have valid driver's license and dependable automobile transportation.

At a minimum, must have previous experience in air sampling and project management work.

Non-degreed individuals with relative industry experience will be considered.

Bachelor's of Science degree in life sciences or engineering required, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in asbestos/lead/mold remediation and industrial hygiene, safety or environmental consulting.
